I'm originally from Chicago and tried their Chicago style pizza and it was amazing. Their pizza is well prepared and taste great. Definitely coming back.
The pizza and wings from Danny Boys is amazing. My husband and I just moved to Rocky River and have been told to go here and we will soon become regulars... they weren't wrong. Will be back :)

Tried this place for the first time and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is pretty cool. It's like stepping into a "pizza joint" in New York City. The server was so friendly! I had the rib rub jojos. Delicious. We tried the garlic knots and bread. Good! The marinara sauce (I could eat a whole cup of it alone). I had the Italian Magherita pizza (solo size). Yum yum yum! The calzone (medium) was huge! Overall it was a good experience. I can't wait to try their other menu items. Everything sounded great. Highly recommend this place!
Danny Boys has been in Rocky River since at least the late 1980s/ early 1990s when I was an elementary school student across the street. I had the Scene Magazine Cleveland pizza week special. I called at 10:30am on Sunday 11-13-22 before they opened. When I arrived at 11:00am when they opened my order was ready.
HAPPY CLEVELAND PIZZA WEEK!! I decided for my first pizza of the week, I would try the place i've been dying to go to for a while...and it did NOT disappoint!!! Once I called in, the pizza was ready in about 20mins! And when I arrived it was nice, warm, and ready to be ate!! Plus the staff was so welcoming and attentive! The pizza they have on special for Cleveland Pizza Week is the Original Clevelander! This pizza is a beautiful masterpiece of garlic, basil, a five cheese blend, & DOUBLE (yay!!) pepperoni!!! all on a perfectly crusted thin crust.... topped ~ Chicago style ~ with pizza sauce and parmesan cheese (just like it says!!!) I was so excited to eat this I sped home and ate it all in 10mins! IT WAS SO GOOD!! I cant wait to go back and try more of their pizzas!! You definitely need to give this place a try!! (:
GREAT PIE this classic location is great. The pizza is right up there the best in town. I've never had a baddie in lake road. Last two pies were the Chicago with the sausage patty. So good, Chicago style, it's great bc u can pick it up. Not a big mess. It's great pizza here plain & simple. On the flip side it absolutely crawls with children. It's not even pie for kids. This is sophisticated pizza if u will. I think it's the parents love the pizza & they bring the kids bc what else u gonna do. They made their bed now they gotta sleep in it. At least 2 of them were well dressed. I feel like trivisonno talking about the airlines. I would certainly pay extra for a flight with no kids on it. 4 solid stars.
